개인정보 처리방침

SCRIBEMEMO SOFTWARE CORP.(이하 “회사”)는 모바일 앱 “한자 아세요?(Do You Know Hanja)”(이하 “앱”)의 개인정보 처리에 관하여 다음과 같이 안내합니다.

제1조(수집하는 개인정보)

회사는 앱을 통해 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원 가입, 광고, 이용 행태 분석 도구, 오류 수집 도구가 없으며, 인터넷 접속 권한이 없어 앱이 직접 전송하는 정보가 없습니다.

제2조(기기에 저장되는 정보)

① 학습 기록, 메모, 앱 설정 등 앱 데이터는 이용자 기기의 앱 전용 저장 공간에만 저장되며, 회사에 전송되지 않습니다.

② 기기의 백업 기능이 켜져 있으면 Android가 앱 데이터를 이용자 본인의 Google 계정에 백업할 수 있습니다. 백업은 회사를 거치지 않으며, 회사는 백업본을 열람할 수 없습니다.

③ 앱 데이터는 이용자가 삭제할 때까지 보관되며, 기기 설정 > 앱 > 한자 아세요? > 저장공간 > 데이터 삭제로 지울 수 있습니다. Google 백업은 앱을 삭제해도 남아 있을 수 있으며, Google 계정에서 해당 기기의 백업을 삭제하면 지워집니다.

제3조(문의 메일)

이용자가 문의 메일을 보내면 회사는 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 답변에만 이용하며, 문의 해결 후 30일 이내 삭제합니다. 문의 메일은 미국에 있는 Namecheap, Inc.(dpo@namecheap.com)의 메일 서버에 보관되며, 그 밖의 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

개인정보에 관한 문의나 열람, 삭제 요청은 아래로 연락하시기 바랍니다.

제5조(시행일)

이 방침은 2026년 11월 7일부터 적용됩니다. 내용이 변경되면 앱과 이 문서에 변경 내용과 시행일을 표시합니다.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how SCRIBEMEMO SOFTWARE CORP. ("we") handles personal information in its mobile app 한자 아세요? (Do You Know Hanja) ("the app").

1. Information we collect

We collect no personal information through the app. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics or crash reporting, and no permission to access the internet, so the app itself sends nothing anywhere.

2. Information stored on your device

(1) Your study records, notes, settings and other app data are stored only in the app's private storage on your device and are not sent to us.

(2) If backup is turned on for your device, Android may back up the app's data to your own Google account. Backups do not pass through us, and we cannot see them.

(3) App data is kept until you delete it. You can delete it in device Settings > Apps > 한자 아세요? > Storage > Clear storage. A Google backup can remain after you uninstall the app; it is removed when you delete that device's backup from your Google Account.

3. Support email

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them within 30 days after your question is resolved. Support email is stored on the mail servers of Namecheap, Inc. (dpo@namecheap.com) in the United States, and we share it with no one else.
